Hello, I'm Emma, a licensed psychotherapist and counsellor offering in-person counselling in Richmond, Surrey and Twickenham, and online therapy throughout the UK and Worldwide. In my established private practice, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various therapeutic techniques including Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This flexibility allows me to adapt our work together based on what feels most effective for you, whether we're meeting face-to-face in my therapy room or connecting online via secure video sessions.
